The Bantry Project- Bantry Bay

When ShanCon, a Johannesburg-based company, purchased a 350m² apartment in Bantry Bay, they approached me to oversee the transformation. I stepped in as project manager, working with my trusted network of contractors to deliver a complete, top-to-bottom renovation.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit with a kitchen, lounge, dining area, and pool terrace was completely stripped back to its shell. From demolition through to final handover, every detail was managed and executed to the highest standard.

The renovation included new tiling, custom joinery, built-in cupboards, a modern kitchen, redesigned bathrooms and bedrooms, and feature stone fireplaces. Outside, we rebuilt the pool and redesigned the terrace to match the property’s new contemporary style.

The result was a sleek, modern apartment that set a new benchmark for luxury living in Bantry Bay. The success of the project spoke for itself: the property sold within just 10 days of going onto the market.
